Mrs. Sarika Reghunathan is a MOH-licensed, dedicated, and compassionate Psychologist with over five years of professional experience in psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions. She works with individuals, couples, children, and families, helping them strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, enhance self-awareness, and achieve a better quality of life. She is also a registered Psychologist with the Association of Allied Health Professionals (AAHP), India. Mrs. Sarika has extensive experience as a Consultant Psychologist at MMRC Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre, where she provided psychological services to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns while supporting and guiding their families throughout the treatment process. Her clinical expertise includes working with anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related difficulties, emotional and behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges that affect daily functioning and overall well-being.
